Inspiration On My Kitchen Bookshelf

Most people who know me, know I read cookbooks like others might read a novel.  I love to cook and my kitchen experiments are inspired by many more talented than I.  My kitchen library is full of inspiration including every book from The Barefoot Contessa, whose recipes were the mainstay of my endeavors last weekend, to The Silver Palate, which I have used forever.

This week I am adding this book to my reading list and hope to try at least one or more of Sophie Dahl's mouthwatering recipes, starting with  the sea bass in tarragon and wild mushroom sauce.  Beautifully photographed and filled with personal anecdotes, I can't wait to get started.
